The client and order identifier are new requirements to introduce client identifiers and markers to identify orders when entered on the Electronic Trading System. These new requirements will enhance regulatory data by increasing transparency and allowing the Regulatory Division (the "Division") to link client activity across multiple Approved Participants and Foreign Approved Participants ("Participant"), thereby improving the Division's market surveillance functions.
