Filing a complaint
It is possible to send a complaint regarding any trading activities on the Bourse by email at info.mxr@tmx.com.
The Division, through the Legal and Regulatory Affairs service, is responsible for approving new participants and individuals who wish to access the Bourse's electronic trading system.
To assist participants in complying with the regulatory requirements of the Bourse, the Regulatory Division publishes on its site documents relating to margin requirements on futures contracts, position limits, as well as information on the reporting of large open positions (LOPR).
